About Katie / Contact Details

Hi, I'm Katie and I run Kent Contemporary Ceremonies, helping people celebrate their life events in a personal and meaningful way. I have over 25 years experience in working in customer facing environments. Over the years I have managed multi national accounts, trained and practiced as a beauty therapist as well as helping over 12,000 people lose weight as a Slimming World consultant for many years.  I enjoy keeping my skills up to date by regularly attending training sessions and webinars.

 

I know how important it is to listen to your needs and wishes, and to support you in delivering your goal/dream ceremony. I am also open to your ideas and this helps to make sure I offer you the best service possible.

I love what I do as it allows me to create beautiful memories with you, whether it's for a wedding, a funeral, or a pet memorial. Getting to know you and your story, and crafting a ceremony that reflects your personality and values is my honour.  It's my absolute priviledge to be part of your special moment and to help you express your emotions in a genuine way.

I live in Lenham, Maidstone with my two teenagers and my two furry friends, who keep me busy and happy. When I have some free time, I like to go for walks in nature, cook some tasty dishes, or undertake DIY projects around my house.
